What the Team Provides

  1. High Performance success training and events including Coaching, Consulting and Training related to real estate sales, business planning, goal setting, weekly individual and group coaching, Sales coaching, success trackers, conversation mastery training, daily team standup meetings and selected regional events.
  2. World class Brivity Platform and CRM, including lead management, auto dialer, automation, transaction management, print and digital marketing and extensive live and recorded training events in lead generation, conversion and nurturing.
  3. Paid buyer and/or seller leads which, subject to THE COMPANY soles discretion, may be adjusted, distributed or changed.
  4. Access to THE COMPANY Team listings on an “as available” basis for the purpose of lead generation, ie (open houses, prospecting etc) in accordance with THE COMPANY Open House Policy and Guidelines. Buyer leads, inquiries and referrals will be provided to the TEAM MEMBER on an “as available” basis. Lead distribution is subject to THE COMPANY’s sole discretion based on TEAM MEMBER’s workload, capability, personality match, etc.
  5. Comprehensive transaction systems and support services including efficient contract writing systems, and in-house transaction coordinator for contract-to-close support, compliance and commission processing.
  6. Extensive listing support including listing certification training and materials, appointment preparation support, turn-key listing form systems, comprehensive Listing Management services including staging, photography, videography, drone, signs, lockboxes, marketing, literature and concierge listing client support
  7. Local Administrative support – for agents and clients
  8. Inside Sales Agent (ISA) and/or database manager
  9. THE COMPANY Team branded materials, ie., signs, marketing materials, personal website and profile page, personal branding support, business cards etc.
  10. Additional services and materials deemed reasonable by THE COMPANY.

Expectations of Full Time Agents

  • Close a minimum of 2 transactions per month beginning no later than the first 180 days from completing license process
  • Spend 10 hours/week in Lead Generation/follow up
  • Fully execute their selected lead generation lever weekly
  • Maintain script partners and participate in at least 3 - ½ hours script practice sessions per week
  • Attend daily standup meetings
  • Attend weekly coaching team meetings
  • Track lead generation activities
  • Complete Agent LAUNCH within 4 months of joining the TEAM
  • Attend a bi-weekly one-on-one (411 meeting) with their coach at a set time.

Since the Brivity team is always updating, upgrading the platform and building out incredible training resources, we are not likely to keep this webpage up to date with all the training and events. So we will highlight the things you need to get started and then encourage you to plug in directly to their website.

Getting Started with Brivity

Once you get your Brivity seat you will

  1. Setup your profile
  2. Registry and complete an 8 module course at Brivity Academy
  3. Provide your database to the team so we can import it for you

Market Center Resources

Goal

Get Familiar with Keller Williams and Market Center(MC) and Support Resources.  IN KW our offices are called Market Centers.  The market centers have support staff and a managing broker. Our market center is currently partnered with the Brandywine market Center in Westchester. This is a great benefit to us because it makes that location available for us as well to meet with clients and attend trainings. It also gives us more leverage to host larger events. Some of our support staff is shared with the Brandywine market center.

Market Center Services

  • Assist with the licensing process and license applications
  • Manage the Kaplan pre-licensing sponsorship program
  • Maintain training calendar  including local, regional and national events
  • Maintain a productivity coaching program for agents who are not on a team.
  • Conference room facilities, for training, client meetings and for closings if necessary
  • Select preferred vendors for resources, such as inspections and lenders
  • Maintain the office equipment and the network services
  • Provide agent mailboxes
  • Rent private office spaces
  • Host monthly team meetings
  • Provide water, coffee  and kitchen facility
  • 24 x 7 x 365 access

  • Associate leadership council (ALC) - this is a volunteer group of the top agents in the office who meet monthly to make decisions and operate committees that help with the local office operation and culture.
