A Bright MLS subscription gives real estate agents in Delaware and Pennsylvania access to a centralized Multiple Listing Service serving the broader Mid-Atlantic region. Bright MLS is the primary system agents use to enter listings, search for properties, schedule showings, and collaborate with other brokers.

With Bright MLS, agents have access to accurate, up-to-date listing data, detailed property information, and built-in market reports that support pricing strategies and informed client conversations. Mobile tools allow agents to work efficiently in the field, whether they are previewing homes, working with buyers, or responding quickly to new opportunities.

A single Bright MLS subscription replaces the need for multiple local MLS systems, simplifying workflows and helping agents operate professionally across Delaware, Pennsylvania, and surrounding markets.

One of the most important tools you’ll use as a real estate professional is secure lockbox access. Lockbox access allows you to enter a property only after an approved showing has been scheduled, helping protect both the seller and the listing agent.

To use the SentriLock® system, you must be an active member of a local real estate board, which authorizes you to access lockboxes when showing properties. SentriLock® provides secure access to keys during showings and allows listing agents to safely manage access to sellers’ homes once appointments have been approved.

SentriLock® is secure, auditable, and widely available throughout Delaware, ensuring accountability at every showing.

Market Center Resources

Goal

Get Familiar with Keller Williams and Market Center(MC) and Support Resources.  IN KW our offices are called Market Centers.  The market centers have support staff and a managing broker. Our market center is currently partnered with the Brandywine market Center in Westchester. This is a great benefit to us because it makes that location available for us as well to meet with clients and attend trainings. It also gives us more leverage to host larger events. Some of our support staff is shared with the Brandywine market center.

Market Center Services

  • Assist with the licensing process and license applications
  • Manage the Kaplan pre-licensing sponsorship program
  • Maintain training calendar  including local, regional and national events
  • Maintain a productivity coaching program for agents who are not on a team.
  • Conference room facilities, for training, client meetings and for closings if necessary
  • Select preferred vendors for resources, such as inspections and lenders
  • Maintain the office equipment and the network services
  • Provide agent mailboxes
  • Rent private office spaces
  • Host monthly team meetings
  • Provide water, coffee  and kitchen facility
  • 24 x 7 x 365 access 

Staff

  • Front Desk 0f Director of First Impressions  (DFI) -- Generally at the front desk 9-5 weekdays -  302-299-1100 EMAIL, PHONE
  • Market Center Administrator (MCA) - responsible for overall office operation, compliance and processing of commissions - EMAIL, PHONE
  • Team Leader (TL) -  Responsible for the training program and  consulting and coaching with the top agents, runs the ALC
  • Agents Services Coordinator - (ASC)  provides a broad range of support to agents, including the licensing process and on boarding for Keller Williams, and for the market center EMAIL, PHONE
  • Productivity Coach - (PC) - runs training events and coaching for solo agents
  • Brokers) - DE, PA, MD, NJ - LINK
  • Associate leadership council (ALC) - this is a volunteer group of the top agents in the office who meet monthly to make decisions and operate committees that help with the local office operation and culture.
  • Operating Partner (OP) - this is a primary share owner of the office
