Buy and Sell Homes in the Keystone State

Goal

Complete the courses and exams requirements for Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson

Requirements

  1. 18 years of age or older
  2. A high school diploma or equivalent
  3. Complete courses (State and National)
    • 75 hours of state approved prelicensing instruction (approx cost $500-900)
  4. Take the State exam
  5. Take the National exam or provide proof of license
  6. Affiliate with a Pennsylvania broker of record.
  7. If you hold or have held license in other states you must Obtain Certificate of Licensure History to be sent directly to the Commission office from each state where you have held any type of real estate license.
  8. Fill out your license application form
  9. Have your broker complete the STATEMENT OF BROKER OF RECORD

Getting Your Delaware Real Estate License

Buy and Sell Home in the First State

Goal

Complete the courses and exams requirements for Delaware Real Estate Salesperson

Delaware Real Estate Agent Requirements

  1. 18 years of age or older
  2. A high school diploma or equivalent
  3. Complete courses (State and National)
    • 99 hours of sweta approved prelicensing instruction (approx cost $500-900) or
    • If you already have an active license in another state you must complete a 33 hour Reciprocal Salesperson course ( ~ $165-285) for example at CE Shop Its ofther goes on sale for under $200 and submit a waiver 
  4. Take the Delaware State exam
  5. Take the National exam or provide a waiver
  6. Affiliate with a Delaware broker of record.
  7. If you hold or have held license in other states you must Obtain Certificate of Licensure History to be sent directly to the Commission office from each state where you have held any type of real estate license.
  8. Fill out your license application form
  9. Have your broker complete the STATEMENT OF BROKER OF RECORD

Get your Sphere in Gear

Goal

Create a BIG list of the people that know you, like you and would feel comfortable asking you a question if they had a real estate question or need.

Preparing your contacts for import into Brivity gets you ready to show value to the people who care about you and need your services.

Collect more than 200 contacts for a good start.

Once you have collected your contact information from various sources our team database manager will apply tags and source information and upload to your Brivity account.
