Goal
Complete the courses and exams requirements for Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Complete courses (State and National)
- 75 hours of state approved prelicensing instruction (approx cost $500-900)
- Take the State exam
- Take the National exam or provide proof of license
- Affiliate with a Pennsylvania broker of record.
- If you hold or have held license in other states you must Obtain Certificate of Licensure History to be sent directly to the Commission office from each state where you have held any type of real estate license.
- Fill out your license application form
- Have your broker complete the STATEMENT OF BROKER OF RECORD
